How has General Motors allowed me to be more than an engineer?
General Motors has given me the avenues to reach the next generation of engineers. I’ve been a part of University Relations teams (Tennessee State University) and key organization teams (e.g. NSBE, BEYA, Women of Color, etc.) that reach out and recruit the next generation of talent. Through A World in Motion (AWIM), I’ve been able to be in classrooms and help plant the seed of Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) in primary and secondary students.
