By being a part of the General Motors TRACK (Technical Rotation and Career Knowledge) program, I have been exposed to a variety of functions within GM and have grown my network tremendously.
How has General Motors allowed me to be more than an engineer?
I’ve always struggled with public speaking. While researching resources on my own, I discovered an organization that helps individuals become more comfortable with it. I was pleasantly surprised to see GM’s Techmasters listed as a local chapter. GM helps me be more than an engineer by making resource groups like Techmasters available to support my personal goals.
