  • Develop and document requirements required to design an automotive system (connectivity sub-system specifically);
  • Design and manage key strategic interfaces within systems to enable component reuse and consistency to standard methodologies;
  • Oversee requirements development with other activities;
  • Provide support to other specialists for root cause analysis;
  • Strong ability to expertly capture and analyze empirical data;
  • Design Tests to efficiently see opportunities for design improvements;
  • Stay on top of industry trends, technologies, and define standard methodologies;
  • Make sure to test the total system before delivering it;
  • Capture everything – i.e., Lessons learned, justification for requirement values, …….

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 5 + years of experience with a minimum two years of software project management experience;
  • Solid working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;
  • Experience in managing project at least for one specific Infotainment domain, e.g. infotainment projection Carlife;
  • Knowledge of embedded product software and test;
  • Experience in developing and deploying products in global markets with virtual teams;
  • Working knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development process;
  • Solid experience as Scrum master;
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese;
  • Creative, discipline, strong sense of responsibility, delivery and schedule commitment;
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team, good team worker;
  • Strong leadership, excellent coordination, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Working experience of Android platform;
  • Working experience and knowledge of logistic, custom clearance, PO submission & management.

Additional Description


  • BS in Vehicle Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or related field;
  • 7+ years (5+ years with Master) of software development or infotainment design experience; 
  • Ability to set and balance priorities efficiently;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks and assignments with complete autonomy and accountability for results;
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed;
  • Strong partnership and teamwork skills, with demonstrated ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment;
  • High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative/self-directed;
  • Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability, and trust;
  • Consistent demonstration of innovative thinking that is customer-centric.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related technical field;
  • Experience in Android development;
  • Scaled Agile Framework certification; 
  • Experience with automotive audio system development, tuning, calibration, validation.
