Additional Description

Knowledge / Qualification :

  • College education degree (Complete) preferable in IT
  • Prior experience in service/Tool delivery or IT ( Required )
  • Prior experience in application development and project management ( Required)
  • English Proficient in writing and speaking (Mandatory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint are mandatory
  • Power BI (Preferable)

Responsibilities :

  • End to end understanding of the privacy application
  • Facilitate sessions with legal and other stakeholders to identify requirements
  • Support the Product Manager create Features/Benefit Hypothesis
  • Document Action Items/Risks/Decisions after every stake holder session
  • Facilitate the weekly Work stream sessions with stakeholders
  • Maintain System documentation
  • Train new regional DPOs and DPAs
  • Update app owner training document
  • Onboard/Offboard applications
  • Participate in app scoping sessions, coordinate with app owners to onboard them to privacy app
  • Participate in requirements session with dev team
  • Global team liaison for launches
  • Handle customer, business owner and Internal Areas queries in a timely and effective manner;
