In this role, you would be responsible for the go-to-market strategy and campaign project management for the global marketing organization:

  • Define, implement, and optimize project management operations and procedures
  • Collaborate and coordinate with teams across marketing, sales, product, customer success, and agencies to deliver world-class launches on a regular schedule, maximizing efficiencies wherever possible
  • Work across functions and learn from each respective area, driving projects across multiple teams, using tools to supervise collaboration, and partnering with many cross-functional organizations to help prioritize launch marketing efforts appropriately
  • Responsible for developing and completing detailed project plans and documentation to supervise and track progress against a schedule
  • Implement a cross-functional reporting and meeting structure for on-time project execution
  • Work closely with our legal team to review, edit, and approve marketing copy and materials
  • Required to travel 1-2 times per quarter, sometimes more based on project and team needs

Additional Description


  • 7+ years project management experience, especially on diverse marketing strategies and programs

  • Phenomenal attention to detail and willingness to solve problems

  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions weighing both the longterm and shortterm implications of your prioritization

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to successfully support projects and see them through to completion, plus making time to contemplate and reflect on where and how to improve our processes and campaigns

  • Understand the go-to-market and release cadence of marketing campaigns, particularly in the last-mile delivery industry or SaaS

  • Metrics driven and analytical, experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics a plus

  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones

  • Experience using project management tools like Jira, Asana, Google Workspaces, Slack, Confluence, etc.

  • Fluent in English

  • Demonstrated experience managing well-known and large brands

  • Flexibility to work with teams in different time zones

  • Strong communication skills, particularly written


Preferred Background

  • Experience working remotely and with a highly distributed team

  • PMP certification

  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or advanced degrees/certificates a plus

  • Bi-lingual (particularly Spanish or French)
