•General Motors China takes a significant part in shaping the autonomous vehicle. We impact  the future vehicles in diverse fields by developing cutting edge technologies. Within GM China, people working in a hybrid flexible mode on one of the most exciting challenges of our days.
•The Work Streams (Agile Release Train) delivers solutions to develop an experience and safety for drivers and passengers with an entire Autonomous Driving system, which includes utilizing internal and external control unit, imagers and sensors in the vehicle.
•We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team.
•The Technical Project Manager performs as the WORK STREAM Leader that orchestrate the teams in delivering value/products by communicating with stakeholders, removing/escalating impediments, managing risks, and drive relentless improvements.

What will You Do?

•Orchestrate AD/ADAS development work streams across multiple dev teams
•Facilitate the PI Planning, execution and report out for AD/ADAS features according to feature roll-out plan
•Manage the timing/solutions/outcomes & deliverables of work streams and work the breakdown to the dev teams
•Risk Manage the work stream dev. progress and facilitate the issue resolution in PRTS
•Facilitate the ART PI Planning, execution, deliverable demos and report out for work streams
•SCRUM Master of the work streams

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or equivalent
•5+ years of directly related experience in project management with relevant with tech position or equivalent in AD/ADAS area
•5+ years of engineering experience (preferred AD/ADAS system) with development/demonstrated technical and professional skills in System Engineering and/or AD/ADAS feature development
•3+ years of project leaders with internal or external dev. functions and suppliers
•Agile(SAFe) experience is preferred
•Good communication in English and Chinese
•Self-motivated, strategic thinker and problem solvers
•Knowledge of Tools: Atlassian toolchain (Confluence, JIRA), Microsoft, PLM/Simulink/Doors is a plus
•Knowledge of Process: APQP, CCB , DFMEA, IOS26262, ASPICE is a plus
