•    Build data-driven culture in GMPI and provide data insight for business growing opportunity from business strategy/planning and digital customer experience enhancement with omni channel integration and member loyalty with brand;

•   Product management methodology both in traditional and agile ways;
•    Explore and integrate data science concepts and build data platforms (such as DMP, Social Listening, Centralized Data Management Platform and etc.). Scale up Al suggestions engine to more BUs across the wider organization, both current project scope and maximize the usage and value of data/info gathered;
•    Perform data acquisition, data preparation, data cleansing, data modeling, analysis and visualization
•    Work with cross-function team, deeply engaged to identify new data business cases for different BU and explore business opportunities and optimize resource allocation for each BU, from business angle and in secured and compliant way, on data architecture optimization, database extension and application implementation;
•    Ensure the optimization and agility of the data model to be able to incorporate different applications. Develop forecast methodology and process to better understand the business dynamics;
•    Be responsible for the delivery of the project scope in time, budget and quality. Own and manage full project life cycle from requirement definition, planning, implementation to successful delivery;
•    Defines and manages scope of projects, goals and deliverables; 
•    Process optimization and engineering efficiency enhancement; 
•    Performs change management to keep project plan accurate and updated; 
•    Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.

Additional Description


  • Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, and other relevant majors;
  • 5-10 years of proven success in data analytics, data science, IT, digital application, or other equivalent experience;
  • Hands-on experience in multiple programming language and statistical packages, such as Python, SQL, R and etc., as well as knowledge of databases tools and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) tools;
  • Solid data analysis experience in relevant position in automobile industry; Master in and have ability to transform data into understandable insights in a clear and effective manner;
  • Proficient with data mining, data processing, and visualization tools;
  • Strong project management and vendor/supplier steering experience skill;
  • Knowledge of agile methodology, frameworks and tools like JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN etc;
  • Excellent in communication and presentation skills;
  • Successful program delivery experience is a plus;
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin.
