Job Description

The position will be responsible for building up and manage mobility service including PU&D, RSA and D2D service…etc. through “Service Middleware”. The mobility service operation to support “direct to customer” strategy in GMPI and deliver high quality mobility service and coordinate all-matters caring by customer to support frond-end team.

The role also is responsible for developing mobility service strategy and promoting various mobility services to meet customer expectation.

This role acts as the owner of GMPI mobility service and related business. This means that the responsibilities for this role are:

  • Promote GMPI mobility service in “Service Middleware” strategy, and whole operation procedure for customers
  • Find and build up business solution to provide diverse mobility service including PU&D, RSA, mobile service, and charging etc. through partnership or related business resource to provide seamless customer experience
  • Strong thinking of the concierge service/concept into D2C “Service Middleware”
  • Drive the digital team to realize in the mobility service
  • Monitor and manage the performance of whole D2C platform
  • Act as GMPI’s go-to team for all things mobility service related, and liaise with Customer Experience Strategy and Client and User Engagement to ensure successful and seamless customer experience
  • Implement strong processes to promote the effective administration of the mobility service operation
  • Lead the reporting on related mobility service topics to Customer Committees

Knowledge Experience, and Competencies Knowledge

  • Full experience on “direct to customer” service model
  • Familiar with service operation in automobile industry, both in OE and dealer
  • Excellent experience in developing relationships with diverse stakeholders across the full cross section of business functions including external partners, supplier
  • Knowledge on digital and data application in business operation

  • Familiar with planning and proposal, skilled in procedure and standard


  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5+ years or above experience of automotive industry and other service-related industries. 1+ years’ experience in supplier management


  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing
  • Have a strong affinity, interpersonal communication and coordination skills and a sense of teamwork
  • Familiar with most office software
  • Strong ability to motivate people in an international environment
