• Global GM의 커넥티드카 (OnStar) 운영 직무로서 필요한 기술 지원
• 커넥티드카 운영 데이터 분석을 통한 프로세스 개선 및 고객문제 해결 활동
• 커넥티드카 시스템 지원- 데이터베이스 쿼리, 프로세스 설계 및 정기적인 현황 업데이트 제공
• 커넥티드카 고객 온보딩(OnBoarding) 지원, 매뉴얼 작성, 시스템관련 장애 처리
• 커넥티드카 시스템 관련 이해관계자들과 설계/프로세스 관련 토론 참여 및 리딩
• 비즈니스 요구사항 분석 및 솔루션 제공을 위한 프로젝트 수행
• 시스템 적용을 위한 테스트 참여 및 비즈니스 요구사항 적용에 대한 검토
• Wireless 업체 인보이스 분석, 예산수립 및 검토 지원
• 필요시 시스템 운영 및 장애 등의 상황에 따라 유연하게 근무일정 조정 협의

< 지원자격 >

•        유연한 사고와 존중을 기반으로 한 원활한 의사소통 능력

[ 기술요건 ]

•        IT 관련업무(전산개발/프로젝트 리드 등) 경력 4년이상 필수

•        Oracle DB, Linux, (Unix), Window 환경 이해 및 경험

•        SQL 쿼리를 활용한 데이터 분석/추출 가능

•        Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Crystal Report 툴 사용 및 대시보드 경력

•        ELT프로그램 개발 경험

•        Open source 기반의 데이터 처리 경험

•       관련 자격증 소지자:

정보통신기술사, 방송통신기사, 무선설비기사, 전파전자통신기사, 정보통신기사, 방송통신산업기사, 무선설비산업기사, 전파전자통신산업기사, 정보통신산업기사, 통신선로산업기사, 통신설비기능장: 통신설비기사, 정보기기운용기능사, 방송통신기능사, 무선설비기능사, 전파전자통신기능사, 통신기기기능사, 통신선로기능사

• 빅데이터 활용 경험이 있는 분 (Hive, Hadoop, Cassandra, Scoop, Hue등)
• 커넥티드 서비스에 대한 직접 경험이 있는 자:
• 차량 인포테인먼트, 텔레매틱스 또는 내비게이션 시스템에 대한 업무 경험이 있는 자

•       자동차 개발프로세스 이해

• 웹 서비스(XML, WSDL, SOAP, JSON) 및 트랜잭션 모니터링 관련 업무 경험이 있는 자
• 영어커뮤니케이션 능력(Written & Verbal) 우수자
