Our growing Customer Experience Design Studio is looking for passionate and talented digital product designers to join our team. This role will require you to leverage your creative concepting skills to optimize device-specific interactions, while maintaining a wholistic view of how those touchpoints relate to the ecosystem and future-focus of products for the company.

Building connections, feeding the culture and establishing trust with team members and stakeholders is the foundation of successful product design. Your success in this role will hinge on your ability to collaborate with other designers, researchers, program managers, developers, and engineers.

  • Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to solve problems effectively
  • Craft interaction designs, advocating usability and user-centered design principles
  • Create design deliverables to communicate your work; including sketches, logic and flow, prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and specifications
  • Measure and analyze user experience research and testing to validate designs, get user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Leverage various types of testing and data collection to create optimization strategies and inform design decisions
  • Work with product owners and key stakeholders to brainstorm and identify opportunities, executing them as a flawless part of the overall user experience

Additional Description


  • 3+ years of experience creating user interfaces, digital products, or complex software applications across a range of channels
  • Formal degree or training in HCI, Digital Product Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design or related
  • Strong portfolio with work samples showcasing expertise in user experience design, creativity, and depth of thought
  • Open to feedback, knows how give and receive criticism, and how and when to defend design decisions
  • Experience incorporating research into the design process
  • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in common design tools like Figma, Axure, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch

Proactivity: You automatically solve for or know when to escalate foreseen problems before they become unmanageable. You speak up without hesitation or fear.

Growth Mindset: Your desire to learn and evolve surpasses your need to be right. You’re self-motivated, open to feedback, take criticism well and look for opportunities to improve yourself and your craft.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prototyping experience (software and/or hardware development experience a plus)

Compensation : The median level of salary compensation for this role is $72,435 to 115,709 USD Annual

Bonus Potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
