Description
As principais responsabilidades da função são:
Administração da frota de veículo da área de pós-venda. Reposião de veículos quando demandado pelas área internas da GM. Administração de pagamentos ou débitos para as concessionárias através do sistema SAP. Adminstração de despesas anuais, utilizando o sistema Power BI e aplicativos do Microsoft Office. Monitoramento de pedidos de peças no sistema SAP para atendimento de urgência. Uso do sistema Oracle Right Now para monitomento de veículos de reposição, bem como enviar notificação de atendimento crítico ao Gerente de Serviço de Campo. Administração das demandas da área jurídica para atendimento dos clientes Chevrolet.

Requisitos:
- Formação universitária em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou estudos relacionados.
- Experiência profissional com processos de gestão administrativo-contábil, tais como: Gestão de frotas; Processos logísticos, processos de Back Office da área Comercial, e afins. A experiência com concessionárias é um diferencial.
- Inglês intermediário.
- CNH ativa (obrigatório)
- Pacote Office (conhecimento avançado)
- Power B.I. (desejável)
- SAP (desejável)
