Job Description:
This position reports to Premium Import Marketing Manager.
The role is responsible for offline events concept develop and project management, including launch, auto show, driving experience, regional and in-city tours, co-brand activation, and external and internal functions.
The role manages all and varied test drive experiences. Develop event concept, manage agency to drive for successful event and result.
This role manages fleet management and coordination. Cross-functional alignments to acquire and monitor fleet use.
This role also manages use of instructor. Develop plan and service standards for third party staff, coordinates for instructor necessary training and certification.
This role supports necessary marketing resources alignment and management, including fleet service, test drive routes, instructor and merchandize request management.
Support development and implementation of the brand business plan.
Support development and implementation of innovative Go-T0-Market practices.
Support on marketing planning and budget control.
Champion performance and KPI led marketing practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Experienced marketer with 10+ years of experience. Demonstrated ability of result-driven project managing and event execution.
Proven strong understand and capability on brand marketing, driving and racing experience and project management.
Hands on experience and Problem resolution.
Positive attitude and teamwork.
Intimate understanding of luxury business, luxury lifestyles and high net worth customers.
Hands on operational experience with marketing management.
Native understanding of digital ecosystems including commerce, social, CRM, KOL, marketing is a plus.
Both Chinese and English as working language.
Skills & Abilities:
Ability to work in a start-up environment where personal initiative and independence is paramount for success.
Ability to concept new processes that disrupt conventional practices.
