Description
- Provisionar los incentivos que se liquidarán en el mes de acuerdo a las políticas establecidas por GM.
- Liquidar los incentivos de vehículos que aplican para pago de acuerdo a las políticas establecidas por GM.
- Preliquidar los incentivos que se liquidarán en el mes y que aplican para este proceso. Este proceso se hace con el fin de que el concesionario y los Gerentes de Ventas tengan conocimiento de lo que se pagará y poder tomar acciones previas al pago en caso que corresponda.
- Brindar soporte continuo a los concesionarios en aspectos relacionados a los incentivos de ventas que se pagan en GM.
- Convertir los reportes de pagos de incentivos en fuentes de informacion para las areas comerciales a traves de la metodologia business intelligence, con el fin de comunicar los impactos que tienen los incentivos en el area comercial de GM.
- Proponer e implementar mejoras en el sistema GDV (Sistema de Gestión de Ventas) actuando con Key User del Negocio, recogiendo las necesidades desde los concesionarios; así como, mejoras derivadas de otros países.
Additional Description
- Profesional de ciencias administrativas o ingeniería.
- Experiencia de 6 meses o más en áreas de ventas
- Excel avanzado (fórmulas complejas de Excel, de preferencia Macros)
- Inglés intermedio
- Conocimiento de SAP
- Deseable - Manejo de herramientas de inteligencia de datos (Deseable BI, Knime)
- Deseable - Experiencia en el sector automotriz o sectores afines.
