Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning : Supports Business HR in terms of business unit optimization, specific transformation efforts, job design, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Staffing : Partners with COEs to conduct interviews and support the offer process. Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to Business HR for continuous improvement
  • Talent Spotting and Development : Supports Business HR on assessing potentials and identifying the development plans
  • Career Development : Partners with employees to conduct career development discussions, including identifying training needs and leadership coaching needs
  • Engagement : Partners with Business HR to work closely with employees and management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Performance Management : Conducts leadership effectiveness discussions using common tools includes building increased leader capability for coaching employees on feedback as well as improving performance expectations/management discussions. Partners with management & employees to conduct Performance Improvement discussions and to help improve on performance concerns
  • Employee relations : Maintains in-depth knowledge of employee relations requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.  Partners with COEs including legal department as needed/required to resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations
  • Policy/Process/Procedure : Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement and partner with COEs and GBS to build effective working relationships and provide constructive field perspective to influence common processes and procedures
  • Data Analysis: Supports HR Director on analytic studies on the organization

Qualification:

  • 5+ years working experience in multinational companies, able to operate independently on operational issues
  • High integrity and trust
  • High learning capability
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Strong team spirit
  • Good analytical skill, Influencing skill, coaching skill
  • Good organizing and planning skill in order to prioritize works from different sources
  • Action oriented to deliver result even under tough timeframe
  • Good communication skill in both English and Chinese
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
