Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores

Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met

Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies

Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities

Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM

Build and manage relationships

Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives

Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing

Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities

Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers

Assist in customer problem resolution

Performs other related duties as assigned

Additional Description

Goal Achievement
Fully manage sales operations at retail stores and delivery centers, leading the team to consistently achieve sales targets.
Build a high-performance and results-oriented team, dedicated to mission success.


Personnel Management
Responsible for interviewing and recruiting candidates, overseeing the team's selection and development.
Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.


Operations Management
Oversee all details of store operations and cost control, ensuring policies and processes are implemented to meet customer needs.
Provide excellent end-to-end customer service, assist in handling customer complaints, and manage risk issues.


Market Expansion
Proactively seek business opportunities within the city, actively expand off-site market activities and sales development.
Establish good relationships with government and relevant institutions to ensure smooth local business operations.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Over 6 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a preference for D to C model and luxury brands.
Over 3 years of team management experience.
Data-sensitive with excellent analytical skills.

Strong self-motivated and results-oriented, committed to mission success.
