As the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of brand engagement beyond conventional norms. This pivotal role demands an innovative thinker who can drive brand performance and market resonance to new heights. Collaborating with dynamic teams across Customer Experience, Digital Business, Product, Network & Distribution, and Design, you'll redefine consumer perceptions of our brands and products, setting new industry standards for innovation and creativity.


This position requires an employee to be onsite 3 times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Messaging Development : Craft compelling consumer messaging strategies leveraging appropriate media tactics to enhance brand engagement and resonance.
  • Media Planning Management : Lead the media planning process in collaboration with our agency partner, making allocation recommendations aimed at brand growth and effective consumer targeting.
  • Efficiency Optimization : Drive discussions to recommend efficiencies in media buying, exploring opportunities for bundling across channels, media content integrations, and value-added extras to drive brand and sales objectives.
  • Product Launch Strategy : Lead the development and management of product launches, utilizing consumer insights and competitive opportunities to guide market strategy and tactics effectively.
  • Media Innovation : Implement test-and-learn initiatives utilizing media innovation to develop compelling strategies that drive brand awareness, consideration, and opinion.
  • Retail Marketing Planning : Develop the annual retail marketing plan and budget recommendation, integral to the planning of the 12-month Retail Planning Calendar.
  • Digital and Sales Effectiveness Strategy : Set lead goals and collaborate with Sales Operations to create digital and sales effectiveness strategies aimed at achieving lead objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales Operations, and Network Management to ensure effective execution of marketing plans at retail.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy : Identify customer needs, develop initial model/content strategy, and identify product wins for communications in collaboration with the Product Manager.
  • Messaging Accuracy and Effectiveness : Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all consumer communications, press releases, and dealer order guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • Diverse marketing experiences at a high level required.
  • Ability to make quick decisions with incomplete or ambiguous data.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to win concessions without damaging relationships.
  • Start-up mentality with a creative, open-minded approach to driving product and brand success.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a lean team.
  • Outstanding project management capability.
  • Highly effective presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in developing effective marketing strategies and executing them at a high level.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify issues/opportunities and develop solutions/recommendations.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to effectively manage multiple assignments.
