- Develop, execute, monitor, and optimize test plans and test cases for quality control and to improve conventional ICE passenger vehicle and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) User Interface(UI) and User Experience (UX) in Virtual Cockpit Unit (VCU), Central Gateway Module (CGM), Body Control Module (BCM), Audio Amplifier Module, and OnStar Telematics and Connectivity Platform (TCP) to identify, track and notify developers of issues such as malfunctions, crashes, poor performance, and Human Machine Interface (HMI) bugs for 2024 model year (MY) and beyond infotainment and telematics systems features including Bluetooth connectivity, navigation, active safety features (cameras), Google Assistant Services (GAS)/voice recognition, Phone Projection (Android Auto and Apple CarPlay), power moding, among others.
- Improve Human Machine Interface (HMI) including application, function, service and system levels in Android operating system, in Python programming language, using Jira, Artifactory, Vehicle Spy, XML scripting, among others, and neoVI FIRE2, RAD-Moon, P-CAN, ValueCAN, and Mongoose hardware, following Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and one (1) year of experience as an Engineer, or related role.
- Must also have experience with: developing and executing test plans and test cases for quality control and to improve passenger vehicle User Interface (UI) in Virtual Cockpit Unit (VCU) or Central Gateway Module (CGM), or similar module, to identify and notify developers of issues such as crashes and Human Machine Interface (HMI) bugs for infotainment and telematics systems features.
