Engineer, design, and release for production Front Camera Module (FCM) system, subsystems, and parts including camera connectors, electrical harness connectors and vision processors, for conventional ICE passenger vehicle and Battery Electric Vehicle programs. Package, integrate, maintain and test vehicle Active Safety (AS) Front Camera Module(FCM) hardware and software features including Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Pedestrian Collision Mitigation (PCM), Collision Imminent Braking (CIB), Glare Free High Beam Assist (GFHB),Adaptive High Beam Assist (AHBA), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), Hands on Lane Centering Assist  (HoLCA), and Drowsy Driver Monitoring System (DMS), using Vehicle Spy, ETAS INCA and Teamcenter tools. Perform physical testing on components and analytical analysis, using Soft Part Release (SPR) and Engineering Change Management (ECM) tools, in compliance with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) No. 108 Lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment. Support software feature testing using Vehicle Spy and ETAS INCA tools by reading Controller Area Network (CAN) log data in vehicle and on test bench.                                                                                                                                   

Additional Description

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, or related field. Two (2) years of experience as Engineer or related role.  Must also have experience with: performing physical testing on components and analytical analysis in compliance with U.S. Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) No. 108 Lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment, and supporting software feature testing by reading Controller Area Network (CAN) log data in vehicle and on test bench.
