1)Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet management
    • In charge of company fleet management from vehicle needs collection to vehicle onboarding and offboarding etc. Build, monitor and improve the whole process capability and efficiency.
    • Make sure all stakeholders on track, such as vehicle needs define, vehicle ordering, vehicle delivery etc.
    • Establish vehicle prep. process and quality to secure vehicles meets the user requirements.
    • Work with all stakeholders to develop digital tools for vehicle management to better track vehicle usage.
    • Familiar with the logistics of imported vehicles, customs clearance and other imported vehicles in the whole process, and can promote the implementation of related departments in various key nodes, able to docking North America to complete the international import of new vehicles;
    • Organize fleet management business needs and complete the systematization and digitalization of the business
    • Improving China’s fleet team local maintenance capabilities:

2) Education | Qualification

  • Bachelor degree with automobile background.

3) Experience | Skills required

  • 5 years’ experience in assets management or sales or remarketing background prefer premium brand experience.
  • Experience in D2C and dealer model
  • Overall budget planning, cost management vendor management etc.

4) Specialised Knowledge | Skills required

  • English language.
  • Vehicle assets management.
