Description

This position requires experiences in various functions and groups within the Tax department (Transfer Pricing, Tax Audits, Tax Accounting, Tax Compliance, International Tax, State and Local Tax, Value Added Tax, Customs, and Tax Planning). 

Designed for solid background person, who takes initiative, can manage projects through to completion, and have strong written and oral communication abilities.

What you will do?

  • Preparing of monthly and annual tax returns, annual statutory reports (dictamen)
  • Overseeing Transfer Pricing studies and leading the preparation of TP returns (DIM, Master File, Local File, Country-by-Country)
  • Assisting in the management of the tax audits and controversies (Transfer Pricing audits, conclusive agreements, appeals) including drafting responses to government inquires and analysis of audit workpapers
  • Preparing tax corporate reports (FIN 48, Tax cash forecast, Income Tax Provision, Deferred taxes)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for Tax Authority reviews and enquires (indirect and direct taxes)
  • Partnering with multi-cultural teams to provide tax advice on global projects and business consults.
  • Producing innovative solutions to analyze tax and electronic invoicing compliance models.
  • Strengthening networking with Tax Authorities, external auditors, third party counsels.

Additional Description

Required:

  • CPA with 5+ years of relevant large public accounting firm or private industry experience in corporate taxes, transfer pricing, tax audits and controversies
  • The ability to prioritize assignments and manage workload within statutory and internal deadlines
  • Well-developed computer and tax system skills. i.e., Experience with finance enterprise systems and tax provision / compliance systems (e.g., SAP, OneSource)
  • Demonstrated effective, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English proficiency

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Taxation or Accounting; other advanced degree or training
