This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis.
The Role
-
The position will be responsible for building up and manage vehicle personalization business, which will cover vehicle upfitting, retrofit, aftersales products sales in online and offline and supply chain management.
What You’ll Do
-
Explore the new business opportunities for aftersales like accessory, chemicals, insurance, service plan, extended warranty etc.

Build up an end-to-end business model which will include product portfolio, GTM strategy, sourcing, supply, sales, channels, P&L, IT system etc.

Take lead on GMPI vehicle upfitting and retrofit program to improve the product competitive and carter for the Chinese customer demands according to China regulation and GM compliance.

Oversee the market trend and best market practice to work out up-to-date plan and operation improvement.

Work with accessory engineering team and other products development teams to realize the sales in online and offline solution.

Work with product marketing, design, branding, vendors etc, teams to manage the vehicle upfitting projects launch on time and in high quality.

Be responsible for the P&L of the all channels sales and organize the training/coaching to implement all products/service in all channels.

Monitor competitor’s strategy/plan, conduct research and generate new ideas to pipeline the service programs development plan.

Due to the initial phase of our business, the position will also be flexible to take other jobs to support cross functions.
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Knowledge:
Broad Knowledge and experience of automotive aftersales commercial works
Broad knowledge and experience in e-commence and other traditional channels set up
Familiar with accessories business operation in automobile industry, both in OE and dealer
Broad Knowledge and experience of vehicle upfitting and aftermarket retrofit
Excellent experience in developing relationships with diverse stakeholders across the full cross section of business functions including external partners, supplier
Knowledge on digital and data application in business operation
Skills:
Complicated Project management
Analytical-structured thinking
High capability to drive innovations
Concept of customer research methods along with data analysis capability
Experience of involvement in Digital Services/digital concept is a plus
Experience/Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
10+ years’ experience of automotive aftersales
5+ year’s experience on aftersales commercial development, accessory and vehicle upfitting
OEM related experience will be preferred
Competencies:
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Have a strong affinity, interpersonal communication and coordination skills and a sense of teamwork
Familiar with most office software
Strong ability to motivate people in an international environment
