Work Arrangement
This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis.

The Role

This role will not only responsible for Retail daily operation, but also take the responsibility of Operation planning, budget control, vendor management and Operation optimization.

*  Develop and communicate forecasts and sales reports across teams.
*  Support and review project reporting requirements and outputs.
* Perform analytics to analyze current sales tactics and operations within the company.
 * Build and drive various initiatives to support the Sales, Aftersales, and or Marketing operations.
*  Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Legal, Agencies, GM partners, etc.
*  Performs other related duties as assigned. 

What You’ll Do

  • Budget planning for Retail Operation team with reasonable and realistic forecast, to ensure retail business can run smoothly with fulfillment of critical resources
  • Budget control, to monitor operation cost on daily basis and optimize the operation cost by improving operation efficiency.
  • Vendor management, to make sure all operation related requests from front-line team can be delivered on timely basis by vendor and responsible for new vendor onboard, vendor bidding process etc.
  • Daily Operation standardization and optimization, keep improving store operation efficiency by provide effective and creative solution, provide store daily operation standard and guideline to make sure TDG’s operation across the market can meet brand standard and image
  • Retail Event cooperation and support, to work with Retail Marketing team and Sales planning team, Network Development team etc. to make sure a smooth execution of each store activities across the market with sufficient operation supports to frontline team.
  • Work with cross-function teams to setup frontline operation process and keep optimizing, in order to help front-line team improve their performance from daily operation side and reduce daily operation cost.
  • People management, good leadership skills to lead and motivate Operation team members deliver good performance to support front-line team.
  • Customer centricity, keep customer experience and satisfaction as high priority during daily work, and need to put internal customer needs as the core of daily job as well.

Additional Description

Y ou r Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) ​​   

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 3 years working experience on the role in DTC Auto industry
  • Good communication skills
  • Overall thinking and good analysis ability
  • Strong execution behavior towards to make things happen
  • Logical and strong analysis skills with good business sense
  • Good skills on office software
