As D2C Performance Coaching Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for bringing to life the Cadillac Europe D2C Commercial Sales Excellence by helping to create and define the Retail Operational Manuals and the Commercial Sales Playbook.

The role will be specifically tasked to ensure new locations are effectively set up for success by implementing that best practices and insights from the Retail Operations manual and provide on-the-job performance coaching to City Leads, Guides and Attendants.

The D2C Performance Coaching Manager will help all individuals and teams to realise their maximum potential by providing support, guidance, and accountability. Working as a mentor with City Leads to identify areas in which Experience Centre teams need to improve their performance, then creating a structured development plan to help them reach their individual goals and objectives.

An expert in the field of customer-focused automotive sales and with a very strong grasp of ‘what good looks like’ at every stage of the purchase and delivery experience- both offline and online. This role will be tasked to provide constructive feedback and coaching in a way that is easily understood and digested by leaders and customer-facing team members alike.

The D2C Performance Coaching Manager will be part of the GM Europe Training & Performance Coaching team. They will require a strong understanding of all the different coaching and learning content available within the GM Europe Sales & Product Training curriculum and will also be expected to contribute as a content developer and training facilitator as required to ensure all Experience Centre team members have the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviors to ensure their performance is maximised at all times.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the Commercial Sales Playbook and Retail Operations manual from lead to order and from order to delivery.
  • Provide best practice guidance regarding the effective use of Salesforce CRM 
  • Support City Leads on establishing Cadillac Retail standards in new locations enabling them for success as quickly as possible.
  • Provide on the job coaching regarding Commercial Sales & Delivery Performance for City Leads, Guides and Attendants
  • Identify performance improvement areas for Experience Centres and create action plans and learning and coaching solutions to close performance gaps.
  • Identify D2C Commercial Funnel best practices and share them internally with other D2C team members to ensure consistency of approach throughout Europe.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior store manager role
  • Proven Experience on Direct to Customer business for Premium/Luxury brands
  • Strong understanding of Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes.
  • Experience in Commercial funnel management
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technologies used in logistics and delivery management.
