This role requires an employee to be onsite on a full time basis
What You’ll Do
Product definition:
- Identify market opportunities, lead the framing of future product and drive decision making
- Coordinate local team on program deliverables management as well as support gate reviews and decision approvals
- Facilitate China market input into global product strategy development
- Work with program team to ensure seamless execution of China import products
Voice of customer:
- Monitor market dynamics such as consumer trend and competitive activities
- Ensure market content and feature needs are captured in global programs
- Support the markets for homologation readiness
- Form improvement proposals for model year and new generation changes
Product GTM:
- Lead & finalize the market offer & pricing discussion for import products
- Develop product book to capture product highlights, competitive landscape, target customer
- Deliver product introductions to key internal stakeholders
- Represent TDG in key GTM events as product expert
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Good knowledge in automotive products and business
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- Self-started and can drive for results
- Good business sense, can do balancing between principle and actual business implication
- Fluent English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
- 5+ year experience in industrial / automotive field
