Work Arrangement

This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to HQ Building in Shanghai, China five times per week.

The Role -

The primary purpose of the Product Manager for Sales and Delivery Applications is to oversee the development and management of digital products related to sales to delivery processes. This role involves end-to-end management within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model to ensure seamless integration and optimization across various platforms.

What You’ll Do -

  • Product Leadership: Act as the product manager for sales and delivery, including tools for sales tracking, leads management, order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and customer relationship management (CRM). Lead the development and enhancement of these systems to improve sales efficiency and delivery accuracy.
  • Lead and Opportunity Management: define, develop, and optimize systems that capture, track, and nurture leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycle. This includes designing and implementing features for lead capture and scoring, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring seamless integration with other sales platforms. You will oversee automation of lead handling processes, ensure data quality, and create tools to support opportunity tracking and analysis. Additionally, you will work to align these systems with business goals, provide training and support for users, and continuously evaluate new technologies to enhance system performance.
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage the vehicle order fulfillment process, including coordination between sales, inventory, and logistics teams. Develop and implement systems to track order status, manage delivery schedules, and ensure timely and accurate vehicle delivery to customers.
  • Integration Management: Supervise the integration of delivery platforms with third-party systems, partners, and external service providers. Ensure smooth data flow and interoperability between sales, delivery, and other operational systems, covering B2B, B2C, and internal processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Cybersecurity, IT, Legal, Compliance, and other support teams to manage risks and ensure that all products and projects adhere to security, legal, and compliance requirements. Work with these teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progress.
  • Decision Making: Make strategic trade-off decisions related to feature prioritization, technical feasibility, and development timelines. Balance business needs with technical capabilities, and address challenges related to lead/order management, vehicle tracking, and delivery logistics.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate product strategies, updates, and solutions to leadership and other stakeholders. Provide regular status reports and insights on sales and delivery system performance, including opportunities for improvement and strategic recommendations.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new opportunities for enhancing sales and delivery systems, including the integration of emerging technologies and best practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement and maintain a leading edge in the market.

Additional Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)​​  

  • CET 4 or above English capability, TOEFL or IELTS would be preferred
  • Degree holder or equivalent, majoring in information technology, computer science or relevant field
  • Knowledge of automotive digital experience, customer trends
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on sales and delivery systems. Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales processes and delivery systems in a complex, multi-channel environment.
  • 7+ years of experience in Program management and technical/information technology project management
  • Experience working under pressure with various stakeholder teams
  • Experience of agile software development process
  • Familiarity with alternative business models and ability to apply to a range of opportunities
  • Drive to result under high pressure, logic thinking and able to see the whole picture
  • Experience of Joint Venture and other 3rd parties relationship management
