Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Global Technical Center in Warren three times per week, at minimum.
The Team:
The goal of the Enterprise Innovation team is to foster innovation across the GM ecosystem, collaborate with cross-functional teams and grow new value propositions.
What You’ll Do:
As an Enterprise Innovation Intern on the Concept Incubation Team, you will be instrumental in enhancing various innovation platforms and engagement tools. Your responsibilities will include:

Seek improvements across platforms such as the Startup Center of Excellence site, idea intake platform, early funnel project tracker, and Innovation Challenge intake.

Engage with stakeholders to understand both host and customer needs.

Assess and prioritize needs based on effort versus return.

Define success metrics for changes and improvements, ensuring they are trackable.
How You’ll Make an Impact:

Required Qualifications:

Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Management / Leadership

Must be graduating between May 2026 - December 2027

Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week

Compensation:
-
The salary range for this role is $4,100-$4,400, dependent upon class status and degree.

GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to eligible students selected for the 2025 Student Program.
