This is a Hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis

  • Expertise in purchasing and negotiating indirect materials;
  • Meet purchase request needs, receiving and analyzing internal specifications, seeking to identify potential suppliers for the process.
  • Carry out purchases within the best conditions of price, quality and delivery time, through analysis of quotes and negotiations with suppliers;
  • Ensure delivery of purchased materials within the established deadlines, maintaining synergy with the Indirect Materials Management team so that there is no interruption in the delivery flow;
  • Create supply agreements, through contracts, with the aim of generating savings in negotiations of materials, equipment and raw materials carried out by the area;
  • Respond to internal customers for the quality of contracted products and services, interacting with providers to provide service in accordance with established contracts and/or resolve pending issues;
  • Bring innovative ideas to implement opportunities as well as be available to develop and lead projects that benefit not only the team but the purchasing area as a whole.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally, internally and externally and build relationships
  • Experience with commodities
  • Experience in handling commercial issues with suppliers and evaluating supplier performance
  • Proven competence in negotiation skills
  • Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills

Additional Description

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business

Advanced English Level

2 years experience in similar role
