The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to amplify our data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex business data, conducting insightful performance reviews, and generating comprehensive reports that drive strategic decisions. A knack for building innovative data products is highly desirable.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and interpret complex sales and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable business insights.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of business performance metrics and provide recommendations to enhance sales strategies and processes.
- Develop dynamic dashboards and reports for stakeholders using advanced visualization tools, ensuring clarity and accessibility of information across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge data products, driving innovation by leveraging the latest data science methodologies.
- Maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity, implementing best practices for data governance and security.
- Present analytical findings to senior management in a clear and compelling manner, acting as a trusted advisor on data-driven decision-making.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data science, incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams, demonstrating strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Description
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python/R, and SQL; experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI; familiarity with machine learning frameworks and statistical modeling.
- Product Development Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and deploy data products and analytical solutions that drive business value.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; excellent communication and presentation skills; strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and within diverse teams; strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensuring data accuracy and delivering high-quality analytical outputs.
