Join the Mechatronics Infrastructure Software Team as a Software Integration Manager (SWIM) , and drive collaboration and success across multiple integration projects!

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate across multiple Software Integration Leads (SWILs) to ensure the timely delivery of software builds

  • Facilitate communication and alignment between SWILs and stakeholders regarding build progress, timelines, and challenges

  • Manage schedules for multiple software builds, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless integration

  • Oversee and prioritize build-related tasks across projects to ensure team efficiency and focus

  • Collaborate with SWILs to troubleshoot and resolve complex software integration challenges

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders on integration project updates and milestones

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration plans, schedules, and outcomes

  • Advocate for best practices in software integration, project management, and team collaboration

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Integration Leads and team members to support their growth and success

Additional Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software integration, build management, or project coordination

  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Familiarity with software build processes, integration frameworks, and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)

  • Solid understanding of software compatibility and troubleshooting principles

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java is a plus

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in mentoring and providing leadership to technical teams
