What you will do?

Project Tracking and Execution Activities, Building and Exterior Maintenance Activities, and Facilities Area Planning Activities for the Complex.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintains good working relationships with employees, union representatives, and management team
  •  Monitors safety and good housekeeping standards
  •  Participates and provides input during selection of new employees
  •  Monitors daily productivity and quality requirements to achieve customer expectations
  •  Communicates effectively with employees, leaders, business partners, and customers
  • Cultivates a safety culture, and implements and enforces workplace safety rules and policies
  •  May evaluates team performance, and promote continuous improvement
  •  Achieves quality standards by communicating goals and leveraging resources to solve problems
  •  Understands and consistently administers company policies
  •  Performs all other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics Engineering.
