- Ensure that all creative marketing materials adhere to strict brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to gain marketing insights and uncover key consumer insights and competitive opportunities.
- Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns for various GM products including vehicles, accessories, parts, services, etc.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Maintain and update corporate creative content.
- Build and maintain relationships both internally and externally i.e.; CRM, agencies, GM partners, etc.
- Undertake related tasks as assigned.

Oversee all community related customer-facing creatives, including but not limited to article posts, campaigns engagement, website design, and event materials.
Lead and supervise agency creative teams to create engaging and user-friendly designs for our community platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights to inform design decisions.
Develop and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all design elements.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community platform, including monitoring user engagement and addressing any issues or concerns.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Marketing, Communication, or a related field
5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related marketing field.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience with a variety of mediums.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and also with profound multi-tasking skills.
Experience working & managing external agencies and providing feedback and direction.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
