Requirements:
- BS in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering/Computer Science
- Strong understanding of component/feature/systems requirements and the ability to translate the requirements into validation test procedures and use cases
- Ability to manage multiple project assignments and switch between tasks as timing and resources dictate.
- High level of leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated high level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience in vehicle component and subsystem/system validation
- 5+ years’ experience in Active Safety feature validation
- Automotive safety critical electronics experience
- Vehicle performance integration experience
- Understanding of the use of complex vehicle instrumentation and data logging
- Understanding of vehicle communications protocols such as CAN and Ethernet
- Knowledge of Vehicle Spy, MicroAutobox, ETAS INCA
- Understanding of the capability of HIL test methods
- DFSS Certification
