CTC has a proven track record of taking technologies from concept to production in both automotive and non-automotive areas. Our success is propelled by our talented people and our deep technical knowledge in domains like infotainment software, diagnostics, data analytics, AI, mechatronic controls, and cold weather development. If you want to work with an inclusive and collaborative team that’s striving to change the world for the better, we invite you to join us.

Our team creates and delivers virtual test platforms to software development and calibration teams, by which they can develop, enhance, calibrate, and troubleshoot their systems early in the production cycle. The Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) Simulation Integration Engineers (SIE) are responsible to generate Level 3 Virtual ECUs and create component / sub-system virtual CoSimulation test environments in an Agile environment by integrating the Virtual ECU(s), the necessary plant models, and the communication layers.

The scope of the work is within the following domains: Engine controls, Transmission controls, Battery controls, Thermal Management, ePropulsion controls, Brakes controls, Body Electronics controls, and Chassis controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create virtual controller models to be used across different simulations

  • Create, maintain, and test virtual controller components such as HWIO, RTOS, communication models, etc

  • Work with development engineers to understand new feature requirements, address issues, and ensure proper implementation

  • Integrate Plant models and other vECU models into a dynamic virtual simulation

  • Create and maintain detailed documents for each release
