Hybrid : This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Atlanta, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View office three times a week, at minimum.
The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our ADAS Software Engineering Executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks autonomously based on understanding of business priorities. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, both internal and external, requiring independent thinking and judgment.

The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies that enhance vehicle safety, performance, and autonomy. We specialize in designing, testing, and deploying intelligent systems that provide critical assistance to drivers, such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, automated braking, and collision avoidance. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.

Provide solutions to non-routine problems of moderate scope and complexity, demonstrating independent thinking and adaptability.

Perform routine tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Support executives in day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

Utilize MS Office applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) :

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to routine and non-routine problems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

High level of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also taking direction from executives.

Compensation : The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

The salary range for this role is 80,100 to 122,800 . The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
