GM Canada's Customer Care and Aftersales team is looking to hire a self-driven, independent professional with a sales and analytical mindset to take on an exciting opportunity that has a huge amount of career potential with one of Canada's biggest and storied automotive companies.
In this role, you will develop professionally during a rotation term through key areas of the Customer Care & Aftersales team to gain foundational industry knowledge, business development and sales and service knowledge. Upon completion of this rotation, you would relocate across Canada in a District Manager Aftersales or District Service Manager position. The successful candidate must have unrestricted mobility and the ability to relocate anywhere within Canada.
To be successful in this position, you will need to:

Serve as a key liaison between GM Dealers, warehouse distributor partners and our customers.

Develop and implement product planning programs which include developing marketing and sales promotional activities.

Manage product distribution processes, ensuring parts availability.
-
Keep abreast the newest digital media and consumer communication trends.

Utilize strong analytical skills to drive efficiencies in Warranty administration.

Consult with Dealers to help them provide superior sales and service experiences.

Interact with Senior Leadership of GM Canada and Dealer Principals and Staff.

Your Skill & Abilities (Required Qualifications):

1+ years of relevant work experience

Fluent in English & French (written and spoken).

Superior analytical abilities combined with great decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team environments.

Valid Driver's License.
