The Role
The Engineering Group Manager (EGM) will be managing a product development team that is responsible for design, development and release of advanced high compute ADAS and IVI ECUs.
Hybrid:
This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Office location three times per week (Tues., Wed., Thurs.) at minimum [or other frequency dictated by the business].
What You'll Do

Responsible for guiding the technical direction of projects.

Leading a team of 8-12 engineers
-
Managing product development team responsible for design, development and release of advanced high compute ADAS and IVI ECUs

Oversees the design and prototyping of electronic systems, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.

Establish and oversee testing protocols to validate designs against requirements.

Analyze test results and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve issues

Develop and launch premium platform all done in-house

Meet all requirements delivered from product management team

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Demonstrated results in successful project execution

10 years hands on experience
-
Excellent multi-functional communication and leadership skills - able to get multiple teams moving in the same direction

Demonstrated ability to "Deal with Ambiguity" while driving timely decision making

High Compute SOC's
-
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Mentor Graphics Experience

Proven hands on experience in design and development of high compute PCBA for ADAS/IVI applications.

Company Vehicle: Upon successful completion of a motor vehicle report review, you will be eligible to participate in a company vehicle evaluation program, through which you will be assigned a General Motors vehicle to drive and evaluate. Compensation:
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

The expected base compensation for this role is: $168,000 - $258,800. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
