The Role:
GM is hiring a Lead Product Manager, MarTech. This leadership role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technology, building the tools that our marketing teams need to create compelling customer experiences and drive performance marketing results.
You’ll manage the scope and teams responsible for designing and implementing MarTech platforms focused on audience creation, activation, and personalization. You will leverage best-practices in product development, agile scrum-based delivery, and strategic road-mapping to deliver modern marketing tools with an eye towards a closed-loop data-driven ecosystem across the customer lifecycle. You’ll work with cross functional teams like engineering, marketing, privacy, and loyalty to create cohesive product capability roadmaps. You’ll work in partnership with the Marketing Operations leaders to align on vision, strategy, and priority.
This role requires self-starter, with deep expertise in the marketing technology with a proven track record designing and building marketing technology tools like Adobe’s Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and others – along with deep knowledge and expertise across the full MarTech solution space (personalization, media activation, email campaign management, CMS, AdTech, identity resolution, etc.), with a deep understanding of the importance of data design to drive platform implementations.

- Responsible for MarTech Product from solution design to implementation and adoption
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Analysts
- Partner with marketing leaders to develop and communicate product roadmaps
- Partner with internal / external delivery teams to design and delivery platform features

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with either Campaign Management, Customer Data Platforms, Advertising Technology, Personalization Engines as a business architect or product manager is required
- In-depth knowledge of modern campaign marketing software, ESP, SMS, and leading tools, along with a solid understanding of Marketing Technology (MarTech) and Advertising Technology (AdTech)
- Experience architecting, designing, and deploying complex technology, with an eye towards automation, simplicity, and rationalization
- Experience and comfort managing direct and indirect teams; scrums, agile cross functional teams, vendor stakeholders
- Proven experience succeeding in complex, matrix and cross-functional projects
- Ability to personally deliver large scale initiatives in a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity and ambiguity
- Innovative thinking to approach challenges from multiple fronts, and ability to think outside the box
- Experience setting, managing, and reporting against multi-year plans, budgets, critical metrics, breakthroughs, roadmaps, etc.
Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
- The expected base compensation for this role is: ($117,800 - $184,000). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
- Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
