Hybrid - This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the Oshawa Elevation Centre or the Markham Elevation Centre three times per week, at minimum.
Cadillac is entering an exciting new era with the introduction of its hand-built, ultra luxury sedan, CELESTIQ. Each custom vehicle created, serves as an individualized client experience that is custom commissioned.
The Ultra Luxury Marketing Specialist will play a key role in the Canadian go-to-market strategy for CELESTIQ. You will be the central point to launch and support the CELESTIQ in Canada, drive dealer engagement to identify potential clients, execute high-end experiences which ultimately drive vehicle sales.
You have an understanding of the ultra-luxury vehicle market, with experience interacting with ultra-high net worth individuals. You understand the need for an exceptional, personalized, and refined customer experience and can execute plans that match this customer’s needs. You will interact and engage with ultra-high net worth individuals, drive education on the bespoke vehicle design experience, and connect them to Certified CELESTIQ dealers and the concierge team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the development and execution of the annual sales & marketing plan for CELESTIQ, including a Canadian GTM plan, monitoring and tracking progress

Build knowledge of the ultra-high net worth audience and competitors.

Become the brand ambassador for CELESTIQ in Canada with the ability to interact and educate prospects.

Coordinate and execute event experiences that engage ultra-high net worth prospects, including interacting with them and connecting them with dealers and the concierge team.

Collaborate with the US Concierge team, Cadillac Canada and Certified Canadian CELESTIQ dealers to identify, track and report on prospects.

Work closely with automotive dealers and field organization to develop and execute an ultra-high net worth client engagement strategy and support product training.

Support the development and execution of a marketing plan that targets ultra-high net worth clients, creating awareness of CELESTIQ, generating leads and drives sales, including experiences and events, dealer tours, paid media, email and web.

Support the development of personalized communication strategies, including delivering surprise and delight opportunities.

Support the development of a delivery and after-sales customer experience process, working closely with the delivering Dealer.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Post Secondary Education Required
-
3 + years of marketing or retail experience with quantifiable success in relevant automotive sales and / or marketing roles for Ultra luxury brands

Ability to engage and interact with ultra-high net worth audiences

Drive for results and gets things done (High Capacity, High Quality Output, High Sense of Urgency);

Customer focus – providing high levels of service and attention to detail expected from ultra-high net worth clients

Professionalism – presence and confidence

Ability to work cross functionally and across countries and time zones to stay in regular contact with multiple groups

Superior communication and follow up skills

Regular travel (within Canada and to the U.S.) and ability to occasionally work irregular hours for events and experiences
