  • Lead design efforts for RF structures and subsystem assemblies for  5G 4x4 MIMO, L1/L5 GNSS, SXM, V2X, and BLE antenna technologies
  • Hands on utilization, simulations and prototyping to develop antenna designs.
  • Analysis and testing of designs.
  • Predicting assembly level performance through selecting materials, components, and packaging approaches, RF chain analysis, electromagnetic simulation, data collection and analysis, and other modeling techniques
  • Working directly with component level design peers to develop RF integrated circuit designs to meet assembly-level requirements.
  • Collaborating with peer functions such as Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Test
  • Lead prototyping efforts through additive manufacturing, rapid tooling, including PCB design to fabrication.
  • Develop and bring a working level relationship with external supplier partners including leading ceramic patch, stamped and formed, and, printed circuit board manufacturers.
  • Define source-able subcomponent requirements based on core design.
