The Marketing & Advertising Program Lead plays a crucial role in aligning cross-business unit product portfolios, plans, and roadmaps with strategic themes, ensuring timely execution. This individual serves as a vital connector, adept at engaging with key stakeholders within GM Envolve and various business units. They champion their products through a customer-centric approach, leveraging design thinking to navigate through changes and challenges. The Program Manager leads efforts to develop products that are desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable, meeting customer needs throughout the product-market lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze data and cross-functional inputs to actively manage a diverse portfolio, ensuring alignment across business units.
- Lead the development and presentation of executive-level reports and decision-making materials.
- Conduct project analyses to guide leadership, accelerating decision processes.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address project challenges, maintaining a focus on solutions and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage projects meticulously, from planning and scheduling to issue resolution and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with goals and priorities.
- Act as a central liaison, aligning team objectives with broader go-to-market and operational strategies.
- Oversee program lifecycle from requirements to deployment, including planning, risk management, and implementation.
- Coordinate resources to maintain project scope, schedule, and budget, adjusting as necessary to meet objectives.
- Establish and maintain communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status and adjustments.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of essential documentation and tracking for product lifecycle management.
- Present product status reports, highlighting progress and aligning with strategic touchpoints.
- Organize and lead meetings, facilitating collaboration and information sharing among product teams.
- Respond to roadmap inquiries and manage issues promptly, ensuring continuity and alignment with long-term goals.
- Maintain organizational tools and templates to efficiently track and report program status, risks, and opportunities.
- Engage with cross-functional teams and external partners to support roadmap development and execution.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing and advertising project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, PMP certification is beneficial
- Commitment to teamwork, with a history of collaborative project execution.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and prioritization.
- Proven project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage deliverables, and handle multiple projects with a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical capabilities, turning data into actionable insights.
