Work Arrangement:
Onsite: This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to TX or IN on a full-time basis for the first ~12 month rotation. Location may be subject to change and is dependent on business needs at the time of hire and at the time of each new rotation.

The HR TRACK (Technical Rotation and Career Knowledge) program is a rotational development program that will provide unique opportunities to experience roles in various areas including Manufacturing HR, field HR, and a HR Center of Excellence (COE). The program offers three (3) rotational assignments where candidates will rotate on average every 12 months pending proven performance in each rotation. This position is rotational and as such will involve state to state relocation .

As a Manufacturing HR/LR partner, you will work in a dynamic hourly and salaried plant environment solving complex problems. The first rotational assignment will be a manufacturing HR/LR partner at one of the following plant locations: Arlington, TX, Marion, IN or Roanoke, IN. Location may be subject to change, therefore this hire MUST be willing to go to any US Manufacturing plant location for that first rotation.

As a Field HR partner, the candidate may work with both salaried and hourly employees for an assigned business function.

As a COE expert, the candidate may work with one of our several HR COEs which include Global Talent Acquisition, Global Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits, Workforce Analytics, DEI, etc.
Some examples of responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Support the business or assigned facility in Labor Relations, Hourly Employment and Salaried Human Resources

Partnering with executives, HR business leaders, and/ or Union to define a talent identification and management strategy for the assigned business or facility

Building, facilitating, and executing change management & organizational development activities

Collaborating with designated field representative to complete the HR functional work for your respective business function
-
Acting as an adviser with functional leaders, providing direction on restructures, specific transformation efforts, job design, workforce/organizational planning

Ensuring that HR provides extraordinary HR service delivery, drives consistency and standard methodology deliverables
-
Communicating and educating our functional leaders and our employees on significant, relevant changes in HR policies and programs

Identifying training and leadership development needs for the business function as a systemic strategy

Acting as a key contributor and change agent in the transformation of HR

Developing new/creative ideas based on HR knowledge, standard methodologies and industry trends

Analyzing trends/metrics to identify problems & develop relevant HR solutions, programs/policies

Understanding legal requirements at execution level related to management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance

Serving as an advocate for solutions that are good for both our employee and our business

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related discipline

Graduating between December 2024 and June 2025

Candidate must be willing to work out of TX or IN for their first rotation (location is subject to change based on business needs) and be willing to relocate in the future as locations for rotations may vary

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.

The salary range for this role is $72,000-$100,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
