Senior Financial Analyst - U.S. Pricing: Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects Lead

Hybrid : This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren – Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.

Seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven senior financial analyst with a proactive mindset to lead and/or support key strategic initiatives and critical projects in a challenging environment.  This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, navigating complexity, and providing analytical insights designed to drive growth, efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Support the planning, development, and implementation of strategic initiative and special projects that align with organizational priorities and business opportunities

  • Work closely with various departments (e.g., finance, marketing, engineering) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, promoting alignment and collaboration across departments

  • Gather data and conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, functional teams, and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.  Collaborate and coordinate information flow with other staffs and business units for optimal corporate decisions.  Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

  • Lead and/or support special projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and aligned with agreed-upon objectives

  • Track project progress, identify risks, proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and outcomes

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, providing actionable recommendations and guiding teams to implement creative solutions

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to leaders and stakeholders, provide insights with well-thought recommendation related to business performance, trends, and opportunities

  • Conduct in-depth financial and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making

  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness across the business operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years in financial analysis, strategic planning, or a similar role

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative skills (i.e., ability to interpret complex data), with a focus on delivering measurable results

  • Excellent and clear communication (both verbal & written)

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proven ability to navigate complex challenges, manage multiple priorities (i.e., plan, coordinate, execute), work independently with minimal guidance/supervision, and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus

  • High business acumen, strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with organizational ability to effectively build relationships and collaborate with business partners and team members

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to think creatively and critically while proactively working to resolve issues

  • Work with a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize projects and tasks effectively (i.e., multitasking skills, including setting timelines, meeting deliverables and managing deadlines efficiently)

  • Capacity to understand big-picture goals

  • Proven experience leading/supporting strategic initiatives and managing high-profile projects with a strong focus on delivering results

  • Comfort using IT systems to pull and analyze data & knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) to manage large datasets and create impactful reports

  • Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and change management

  • Ability to synthesize data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights to guide decision-making
