Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.
The Role
The CCA financial analyst partners with Customer Care and Aftersales Operations teams to support all activity which impacts CCA’s Financial Statements for increased profitability and sustainable operations. Specifically, this role focuses on providing insightful and impactful analysis to finance leadership and business partners to drive successful fulfillment of credit evaluation & monitory, invoicing activity, and account receivables, while also seeking to drive efficiencies and successful implementation of business process improvements. This role plays an active part of monthly closing process and requires prompt and accurate resolution of issues as they arise.
What You’ll Do
Credit Oversight and Collections Management:

Monitor Conduent collections team for various customer types (Warehouse Distributors, International, OEM, Military, Retailers).

Calculate annual customer credit lines based on financial statements, purchase levels, and credit scores.

Oversee customer credit lines, orders, and past due balances.

Interact with Conduent collectors on past due balances and follow-ups.
Accounts Receivable Management:

Perform month-end reporting and analysis for ~$600M accounts receivable portfolio.

Collaborate with ACDelco Network Development for customer onboarding and offboarding.

Conduct credit analysis for new customers.
-
File security documents for new customers.
-
Manage accounts receivable for terminated customers.

Communication and Coordination:
-
Lead monthly calls with CCA Retail Account Managers and Conduent collectors on retailer account status.

Engage with Customer Accounts Payable representatives on credit and collections issues.

Serve as SME for CCA Field Sales Representatives on special payment terms and credit issues.
Additional Responsibilities:

Provide information for MEMA meetings (6 per year).

Participate in developing new Accounts Receivable System.

Work with OEM customers on price adjustments related to fixed price billing schedules.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related

3+ years of experience within accounting or finance

Advanced Excel skills

Strong business acumen
