Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. 

The Role

The Brand Integrated Insights Lead is a strategic driver within the Marketing Strategy Intelligence team, ensuring data-informed decision-making across marketing strategy, product, creative and performance intelligence. This role is responsible for defining marketing performance objectives in creative and brand equity, contextualizing cross-channel outcomes. This role requires the crafting of compelling, consumer-centric, data-driven narratives that optimize marketing efforts and assessing their impact on brand equity.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical background, expertise in performance marketing measurement and brand strategy, and the ability to distill complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for brand leadership.

This role will support the brand performance and strategy teams on Chevrolet.

What You'll Do

Marketing Performance & Brand Strategic Insights

  • Implement performance measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns, particularly for creative performance, cross channel outcomes and in market metrics.

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to uncover insights and guide future optimization strategies.

  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to define objective-led KPIs and key business questions to drive data-driven marketing decisions or collate multiple sources of information to answer business contextual or marketing related questions.

  • Utilize and leverage new performance metrics of Core Segment Salience, Brand Power and Creative Accelerator measurement for strategic decision-making and brand guidance.

  • Mine Demand Spaces, NVCS and other sources to provide guidance for brand product marketing and brand strategy teams.

Cross-Channel Analytics & Strategic Recommendations

  • Direct the analysis of cross-channel performance data, identifying trends and opportunities for brand growth.

  • Provide business teams with data-backed performance targets, leveraging forecasting models to guide strategic decision-making.

  • Implement standardized marketing success metrics to ensure consistency with other divisional brands.

Agency Collaboration & Data Integrity

  • Collaborate with agency partners and internal teams to maintain data accuracy and ensure high-quality reporting.

  • Establish a learning agenda focused on key business questions, mid-campaign optimizations, and final comprehensive campaign readouts for brand teams.

Senior Level Reporting & Storytelling

  • Develop compelling presentations for senior leadership, translating complex data into strategic recommendations.

  • Integrate cross-brand insights and common themes to present a holistic view of marketing effectiveness.

  • Institutionalize marketing analytics best practices, ensuring continuous optimization and performance improvement.

Ad-Hoc & Opportunity Analysis

  • Prioritize and manage ad-hoc analyses to address critical marketing questions and uncover untapped opportunities.

  • Identify, frame, and quantify marketing and advertising opportunities through data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate with the Experimentation Center of Excellence to propose testing strategies and optimize marketing ROI.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)  

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, consumer insights, or a related function within a marketing organization.

  • Demonstrated expertise in measuring and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

  • Proven ability to deliver strategic insights and present findings to senior leadership to inform business decisions.

  • Experience managing cross-brand initiatives and synthesizing data into cohesive, actionable narratives.

  • Skilled in collaborating across multiple agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of insights.

  • Strong track record of identifying marketing opportunities and aligning KPIs with brand strategies and campaign goals.

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead data-driven marketing strategies.

  • Deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, strategic insight development, and optimization methodologies.

  • Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels, CRM platforms, and creative performance measurement tools.

  • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for developing executive-level presentations.

  • Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate complex insights into clear, actionable strategies.

  • Cross-functional experience spanning data analytics, market research, strategic planning, and creative development.
