In this role you’ll lead the development and integration of V2X systems into advanced propulsion system architectures in the early development phase.  You’ll be responsible for the definition and documentation of requirements, execution of design, analysis, development, and testing of V2X propulsions systems (X = Home, Building, Grid, Load, Vehicle). You'll also be ensuring successful application of the charging system, considering hardware, controls, calibration, software, and overall integration.  In addition, this role is responsible for collaborating with, and reporting out to, the battery and vehicle teams to ensure the propulsion architecture meets all performance, cost, mass, and packaging requirements.

During the first half of the development process, you will collaborate with the battery pack and vehicle architecture lead engineers to converge on the program requirements and propose design options that have a path forward to meet those requirements. During the second half of the development process, you will lead the propulsion team through designing the architecture’s V2X and assessing the designs to show they meet requirements.
