The Transformation Team

The Transformation team within Global Business Solutions (GBS) is passionate about driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise. We strive to be global strategic business partners, delivering world class transformational solutions. We operate as a global organization, supporting various functions including Finance, Controllership, Purchasing, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and a growing list of new business partnerships.

As a Leader on this Team, You Will

  • Lead a management consulting practice to design and deploy enterprise strategies to embed digital transformation (~analytics, automation, emerging technologies) across GBS, Finance and related business partners

  • Leverage your expertise in applied data science to identify insights and opportunities for improved financial performance

  • Lead the ideation, build, deployment, and adoption of technical solutions, including machine learning and artificial intelligence, centered around critical transformation priorities

  • Communicate machine learning approaches & results in a tangible fashion to non-technical audiences and leadership groups

  • Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with business partners across diverse functions to enable transformation

  • Deliver meaningful and measurable value, impact, influence and results for the enterprise

  • Be a disruptive change agent focused on enabling an innovation and growth mindset through cultural transformation

Additional Description

Qualifications and Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience driving technology enabled transformation for Finance and Corporate Functions

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business Administration or related field

  • Management consulting experience preferred

  • Demonstrated experience leading, developing and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models to solve business problems

  • Demonstrated understanding and application of emerging technologies and trends likely to influence and impact the next generation of Finance and other Corporate Functions

  • Demonstrated experience extracting actionable insights from data that delivered significant improvement in financial performance

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering a portfolio of enterprise transformation services with successful business adoption

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing high performing, diverse teams

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, in an internal or external consulting role, with proven ability to effectively execute projects and deliver results

  • Detail oriented, with strong business acumen, and experience in evaluating financial measurements and project results
