The Digital Transformation Team within Global Business Solutions is passionate about enabling digital solutions that empower our business partners to derive immediate value from innovative tools and technology. Our objective is to connect the business to underlying data assets & tools for analytics, predictive modeling, and automation to generate business value and efficiency. As a Member of the Team
We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Enablement Senior Analyst - Training Lead . In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for addressing the digital enablement needs of our most valuable asset, our people. This team accelerates adoption of digital automation and analytics by cultivating experiences and platforms that will upskill and broaden our workforce’s capabilities to prepare for the ‘future of work’.
As the Digital Enablement Senior Analyst – Training Lead, you will consult with GM’s organizations to assess their digital training needs and support their digital transformation success. You will work cross-functionally to support the design and execution of the digital enablement strategy and be a champion for digital upskilling.
The successful candidate will have a natural, human-centric approach to instructional design and development. This person will be comfortable with ambiguity and able to build strong partnerships with all levels of the organization, including business partners and key stakeholders. The person in this role should be a continuous learner, staying current on new approaches to adult learning methods. With a positive and engaging approach, this role will support the workforce with tools and skills that help inspire confidence in digital upskilling. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move fast in an ever-changing environment.
Lead development and execution of strategic plan for digital growth and adoption of data and analytic tools and methodologies
Assess organizational and regional/global digital readiness
Design and Implement global training curriculum to include internally curated and external training content
Monitor progress, measure engagement and gather/implement feedback from upskilling program participants
Oversee Digital Training Hub platform of self-service and hands-on training courses
Support Digital Accelerator Program via curriculum development and delivery
Support Digital Fitness Assessments to assess user training needs and build corresponding personalized training plans
Create, own and update training materials and supporting tools that meet the ever-changing needs of the business
Lead knowledge sharing sessions and upskilling efforts within the GBS Digital Transformation Team
Provide team and capability overview sessions as requested by business partners
Storytelling - Embeds an idea in a narrative or story that is relevant in order to improve understanding, shape vision and create change

Collaboration – Demonstrate effective collaboration skills up, down and across the organization
Customer Orientation – Prioritizes needs of customers and fosters custom relationships or experiences to ensure satisfaction with a product, service, or solution
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, IT, education/training, finance, marketing/sales, operations and/or consulting
Minimum 5 years professional experience
Expert in MS PowerPoint and collaboration tools
Agility mindset – learns quickly when facing new problems. Is a determined and versatile learner, open to change, feedback and brings structure to an ambiguous environment
Knowledge and hands-on experience of analytics and automation tools a must
Excellent storyteller with a demonstrated ability to deliver findings and recommendations in a compelling and engaging way
A critical thinker with an inquisitive nature, a hunger for knowledge, and drive to do the right thing
