The Information Architecture Project Leader has knowledge of Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) data and will lead a team of Information Analysts responsible for data related deliverables for CCA IT projects. Key projects include multiple deployments of warehouse management systems (WMS). This position will play a key role in cross functional decisions related to data management. The Information Architecture Project Leader requires someone who can leverage Information Architecture best practices from first hand involvement in large scale IT projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
People Leadership : Supervise a team of Information Analysts by providing training, feedback and workload balancing. Defines success in terms of team success including cross-functional team members. Focus daily on effective communication and active listening.
Process Management : Create information flow diagrams. Develop & implement efficient cross-functional processes to identify data requirements including use of trusted data sources, transformation criteria, requirements documentation strategies and establishment of acceptance criteria.
Analytical Solutions: Lead the Information Analysts with implementation of innovative data profiling techniques to uncover data quality issues. Build & implement modern approaches to UAT testing. This leader must be skilled in dealing with ambiguity.
Ownership: Take accountability to resolve data quality issues before production implementation by leveraging data subject matter experts. Responsible for successful data UAT and production data cutover.
Master's degree (technical discipline preferred)
Strong knowledge of Customer Care & Aftersales data
Experience leading team projects
Experience managing large amounts of data
Extensive knowledge of programming languages (SQL,Python) and KNIME
Comfortable with managing priorities and delegating
Proactive in understanding the scope of the project. Inquisitive about the big picture.
