What You Do
Perform Problem Management and RCA (root-cause analysis)
Demonstrate knowledge of Service Operations concepts (ITIL)
Facilitate collaboration and teamwork cross functionally technologies to drive RCA
Identify and initiate continuous process improvement for operational efficiency
Provide support and guidance on system implementation
Manage and close operational issues during releases
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Familiarity with PCF & Kubernetes
Experience in installing, configuring, administrating, and performance tuning of Oracle WebLogic (or similar application server products) and SOA products including Server and Portal
A solid understanding of both UNIX-based (Linux, Solaris, HP-UX) and Window Operating systems
3+ years’ experience delivering Java / J2EE Business Solutions (Client side scripting, HTML5, CSS3, Java, J2EE, JMS, MVC framework, Web Services, Unix/MS Windows Shells)
2+ years experience SQL/Oracle
2+ years experience with OO analysis and design experience
Experience in delivering enterprise solutions with Spring Framework using Spring boot, JDBC Security and Micro services
Proficiency with Git, JDBC, SQL database-stored procedures and isolation levels, JPA, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP) and XML, messaging (Kafka)
Experience with Agile Dev Techniques (including TDD, JUnit, Mocks)
Experience with CI/CD Technologies / Best Practices (Jenkins, Build pipelines, GitFlow, etc)
What Would Be Even Better
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems
At least 3+ years relevant experience in the business environment
Agile team experience in regularly delivered software while practicing code review
Experience with creation of self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in front-end and back-end w
