The US Performance Driven Marketing Lead, Cadillac/Chevy possesses authoritative understanding of marketing analytics, measurement, and strategic insight. They work cross-functionally and collaboratively, leading data and analytic integration and assessment across strategy, brand equity (creative and media), conversion and sales funnel via web/platform operations.
You will serve as team lead for brand media and web analytics agency teams focused on marketing spend & performance reporting, optimization & analysis. This person will also be the key point of contact for the brand teams with regards to KPI setting, strategic thought partnership and holistic business performance updates. Development of a deep understanding of the brand, identifying opportunities, and facilitating collaboration will be key for this position.
There will be 3 total openings for this position:
- 1 opening for Cadillac
- 2 openings for Chevrolet
Lead development of marketing campaign performance objectives and measurements, lead post-campaign insights
Direct production of cross-channel analyses for brand leadership including analyze data and provide relevant insight/recommendations to improve overall performance
Lead brand tagging initiatives by applying standard principles, working with Martech on implementation and troubleshooting to ensure digital marketing efforts are measured accurately and appropriately
Partner with agency teams to ensure data quality and accuracy and develop brand learning agenda to include optimization plan and testing
Prioritize and direct ad-hoc analyses on marketing initiatives
Present to top level executives on strategic frameworks, opportunity identification, marketing spends and performance
Direct cross-divisional marketing performance measurement standardization and success metrics
Educate business partners on accurate performance measurements, ensuring alignment of Key Performance Indicators and advising on how analytics can assist in directing business decisions.
Assist in institutionalization of marketing best practices and analytic technologies
Identify, frame, and quantify marketing and advertising opportunities
Drive continuous improvements and optimization through AB testing, measurement, and analysis
5+ years’ experience within the digital research/analytics space
3+ years’ experience with project management and/or collaborative projects
Deep understanding of strategic insights, data sharing and optimization
Strong understanding of multi-platform performance correlations and measurement
Proven thought-leadership in developing data-based strategic and tactical recommendations
Strong presentation, visualization and synthesis skills
Creative problem-solver who is valued amongst a cross sectional set of stakeholders
A consumer-centric, results-driven mentality - with a portfolio of achievements to back it up
Knowledge of MTA, PowerBi, AB Testing techniques and market research methodologies (survey, social, etc.)
Proficiency with online and offline data (synthesis, extracting patterns and insights, visualization)
